If the information imported via the "Upload Course Completion" section of your CMS Account matches existing information, you'll be given the option to either create a new user profile, or merge the information with an existing account.

If you choose to create a new account, and find out after that there are multiple accounts for one specific user, please reach out to our support team - we'll be happy to merge both accounts under one primary profile for you.
